A) was disgustingly unhygenic - i will attach photos, no hot water available, damp smell in bedroom B) i wanted to leave one day early and was denied by management and they told me to refer to booking.com Spoke to faheem akbar. I l checked out of hotel 3 February 11.30am C) on first day i gave cash for total booking and they didnt not give me change of about 700 rupees as they didnt have it. I still to this date have not received this amount despite asking multiple times
