they don’t have their own breakfast facility. Hotel get the breakfast from outside. So when they serve the same in the room, it is almost cold. After asking 34, times, they provided the breakfast at around 8.30 In the room, simply to idlis only. When we asked about tea or coffee, the service person told that it is chargeable. Then we called reception, they sent coffee. Not suitable for a business person

Hotel should keep towels before check-in. Even they have to check coffee, tea sachets are there or not because during our stay, there is only one tea. Search it to sugar. Search it and 2 milk powder powder, Sas, whereas on the board it is that they keep coffee, sugar and everything.

The room size, cleanliness and staff.

Parking. The hotel is bang on the road with no own parking facilities and have to park the vehicle across the road in open public parking, the parking fees is borne by the hotel but no responsibility owned by the hotel.

Hotel was nearer to station, than the location provided by the Hotel. Its reasonably good Hotel

Overall it was nice and comfortable

We lost a personal item during room cleaning when we were away. It is not a very valuable but imported cosmetic.
