I had room booked of spacious and clean, only internal amenities were less and limited breakfast option....

More breakfast option with Buffet system, their swiping machine was not working, tried 3-4 times...

They cancelled my reservation despite multiple requests for information to transfer money (advance which should not have been required). They then accomodated me in their "last room" at an increased rate. UNACCEPTABLE. ZERO ETHICS.
