This stay occurred just last week and was extremely disappointing. The first night was tolerable, though the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. The next morning, we discovered ants in the bathroom. On my way out, I stopped by the front desk and asked that someone clean the ants and spray the room while we were gone. Later that afternoon, I returned alone, took a shower, and was immediately bitten by ants while drying off. Ants were crawling all over the bathroom and the towels. I ended up with bites all over my feet. I went back downstairs to report it again—and instead of sending someone to take care of the problem, I was handed a can of ant spray and told to do it myself. I threw out the infested towels and sprayed the room. Once my travel companion arrived, I called the front desk myself to request a refund. We were told management would follow up, but no one ever did. We ended up leaving that day and checked into another hotel. The poor cleanliness, unsafe conditions, and unacceptable lack of response from staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

"Great hotel. "

We arrived later in the night, the Night Audit gentleman was welcoming, professional and made check it very nice easy and smooth for us being tired after long travel. When we arrived to the room it was clean, updated and spacious. It was a great stay that me and my husband enjoyed with nice staff and overall nice hotel. Will be staying here again when we come back up. 10/10 recommend.
