The Cove - Roker Sea Front - Vacant Nests

Very relaxing in a great location right on the seafront. Also the modern high quality of the property was 2nd to none.

Would have been nice to have a sea view but the small back garden was like a sun trap.

Well presented property. Good location and excellent instructions. The property is modern and comfortable. It is sea front but not sea view.

Basement flat that had a strong smell of damp in the bathroom. Stated coffee machine with complimentary pods, which were the wrong pods so we were unable to have a morning coffee.

I liked the modern furnishings and the bed was very comfy.

It doesn’t have much of a cosy feel. The toilet seat was broke and it wasn’t the cleanest, the sofa had stains on it (ended up using our blanket to put on sofa) the floor wasn’t very clean (crumbs on kitchen floor and under sofa on floor) the bedroom floor behind the bedside tables was covered in dust and fluff. No hand towel either, think a shower mat had been used instead of a hand towel as we had 2 shower mats. Lastly the sofa bed has a big off putting stain on it, we were going to use it to be able to lay and watch television together but decided against it when we saw the stain.

Beautifully decorated and very modern, heating very easy to use, great communication and easy to follow check in instructions, bed very comfortable, clean, great location, safe and secure building, fully equipped kitchen

There was an almost empty shower gel in the shower, it would be a nice touch to either keep this filled up and provide a mini shower gel for people who stay
