Took awhile for hot water

Clean but had to go to another spot to get clean towels and extra room coffee, there for six nights no one cleaned room!!

Nice location with easy access. The lady at the Soldotna Inn at checkin wasn’t very friendly. The main area at the lodge stunk and needed a good cleaning. As for our room the floors were dirty not swept. There was a used bandaid on the bathroom floor. It is a rustic Alaskan lodge and we like rustic, we don’t like dirty and stinky!

Nice place but very loud communal space and can hear people in the rooms next to you. Cleanliness was poor and blood on the floor in the shower upon arrival

The price was ok for a last minute trip and the room was comfortable enough.

The water quality was poor! It smelled awful!!! We didn't use the water because of this...used bottled water to brush our teeth and didn't shower either. This is the only reason we would not recommend to anyone or stay there again.

The lodge and provided rooms were as advertised, clean and pretty comfortable. Common kitchen was acceptable but would benefit from provision of more dinnerware and small appliances. The only real drawback was that the wifi in my room sucked, as it was essentially unavailable due to the weakness of the signal.

This is a rehab center! Not a housing facility. We were so exhausted by the time we arrived that we slept there but I was the only one to shower. The shower was cleaner after I was done than before!

Very dirty, old towels, old sheets. Not a hotel or lodge! Other people are staying with you!

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. There were yellow water stains in the shower, sink and toilet. The water had a weird smell to it and I didn’t dare even brush my teeth with it. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors snoring all night. Underneath the bed had so much dust that it probably hadn’t been cleaned at all this year. The towels were rough and small. Honestly I would never stay there again.
