Nice size room

Floor not swept it was Sandy gritty. Water tasted horrible even for brushing teeth. Did not make coffee because of that. Absolutely NO hot water to wash up or shower after a long day dip netting in Kenai river. Then to top it off, the bed was so horribly uncomfortable that every pressure point in our body ached, we tossed and turned for what little sleep we got. Oh yes, we were 40 minutes early for check in and they would not allow us to do that even though we were going right to river to fish until late which was a major inconvenience that they could have cared less about. The lady who checked us in was frustrated because the computer was slow and she seemed encapable of its proper use. Bad deal all around snd for $145 rip off!

Great staff and clean accommodations. Easy check-in

The room we stayed in is very nice. Facility has a modern feel. The location is okay - about 5.5 miles away from the town.

The water at this facility is hard water! There should have been signs informing guests of that. There was a case of bottled water available at the counter when we came in, so that was very nice but would have like to see a warning about the extremely hard water (the toilet and the floor in the shower is completely yellow from the iron!)

It was just a room to crash for a night after fishing.

The check in process. Arriving at the location after 10pm to find out that we had to drive 5 more miles to get a key to our room. The phone number provided resulted in an awkward conversation with someone who didn't speak great English and hard to understand. The shower took 10+ minutes to warm up enough for us to get in. this is why I rated it poorly. Also, there were people who arrived in a near by room in the middle of the night and it was really noisy and hard to sleep.
