The bed was good

When it came time for check out, no staff were on-site to process that. The room had multiple roaches scoory across. The site says pool and breakfast nope 🙅‍♂️ none. Left a sign up saying open back up at 7 and weren't till 830

This was Definitely the Worst Property I’ve ever stayed at.

The pool didn’t work, the room was dirty with bugs and spider webs everywhere. It was for my children and they were highly disappointed. No breakfast or any accommodation for the pool not working and didn’t mention it until after check in. Guy at front desk sucked. Not friendly unapologetic and uncaring that he stated everything wrong after booking. WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Definitely THE WORST HOTEL.

They gave me a filthy room and they had to change it to a different one. The second room started blowing hot air around 10-11 pm. It was 80 degrees summer night. The AC wouldn’t even stop heating the room. Went to the front desk, there was a sign saying they’ll be back at 7 AM. Had to leave the hotel around 1 AM and booked a different hotel. Now they are refusing to refund me. I’m hiring a lawyer to sue them. It’s not about the money, it’s about fairness and that they shouldn’t be in business.

"Not worth the money"

I was close to restaurants.

The only amenities they offer were out of order. The ice machine, the pool was not open, and the shower water never got hot.
