Everything was horrible. False advertisement. Hotel is beside highway so there’s constantly loud traffic. There was NO HOT WATER even after me having to go to front desk about it multiple times. Was told they were going to send someone to fix the hot water, never did. The hotel couldn’t even provide us with new rags & towels.

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a very unpleasant experience at Oneway Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the issues started. The water in the shower was ice cold, and when I reported it to the front desk, I was told someone would be sent to check it—but no one ever came. This happened multiple times, and each time I was given the same excuse with no follow-through. Every morning I had to ask for basic necessities like towels and toilet paper, even though I was told housekeeping comes daily. That was clearly not true. The staff repeatedly lied or made excuses rather than actually fixing the problem. To make matters worse, the heating and air conditioning system in my room was completely nonfunctional. It was either too hot or too cold with no way to adjust it, making it impossible to get comfortable. This hotel completely failed to provide even the most basic level of hospitality. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Cold showers🚿 EVERY NIGHT, bugs 🪳, dirty floors, musty smelling AC unit, etc. I do not recommend this place at all. We went to the front desk 🛎 and we also asked if someone could come to our room just to sweep and mop the floors, and we were told no they can't do that because they only do that once per reservation but obviously they don't because our floor was caked with dead bugs 🪳 and dirt🤢🤮 and they also said they only sweep the floors once a WEEK bruh WTF 💀 0/10 And note they said they couldn't sweep the floors and yet I look right behind me while I was at the front desk and I see a cleaning lady cleaning another room and they're saying they can't send someone over there?!?! 😵‍💫🤡. I reserved two nights at this hotel and only spent one night there since it was so dirty we decided we were not going to spend another night there and checked out a day early without a refund. 😵☠️
