There was only person at the front desk and people were lined up to check in. It was a disaster especially when one of the guests had issues with his reservation and everyone had to wait a long time. Bad experience.

It was perfect for one night. The room was nice and clean. We went to a soccer game at the Coliseum. We walked to the Bart to get to and from the game.

Everything! The manager is so helpful and polite! I felt like we were besties! Even when he saw me in passing he would come by and chat! Never complained about my company. Valet was quick and friendly! It’s on my list of favorites!

The breakfast. All the food was dull & dry. I ended up just eating cereal.
