Spree Hotel Aurangabad

Food quality was good.

The location is right on the main road and right behind the hotel is dirty water stream. The hotel itself is not grand and just one column. Instead of a hotel environment it gives a feeling of a roadside motel.

Very little. but there were a couple of staff members, who were hardworking and client centric.

Poorly trained staff- except housekeeping and the Chef. 1. There were not tissues/ water bottles in the dining. We had to keep asking staff for water. 2. The common wash room was dirty with chewing tobacco spit into the basin. It was definitely not one of the guests 3. Waiting staff are poorly trained. I caught them in groups chattig away whilst i had to help myself. Yet, one of them ensured that I had to pay x 2 for my meals- even calling me to the room reminding me (??) lastly, leave planning. WHY did the hotel not make arrangement for staff during peak season? staff were apparently away on leave.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very grateful staff. Good location. Great food quality. Value for money.

Service in the restaurant was very slow.

If you are planning to stay in the Aurangabad area for some nights this is a great option. It’s what you can expect from a highway hotel: lots of (safe) parking space, nice beds and good value for money. The restaurant atmosphere, staff and food are the best assets of the hotel.

We read about the rooftop bar, but when we went up we actually walked into a construction site. I’m not sure when this will be finished.

Hotel, big and clean rooms, tasty food, courteous and thoughtful staff..

Room service time and order to on the table time.. although food is tasty so we overlooked this..

Good location on the highway and value for money.

Checkin process was too lengthy
