Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in Hurghada. I visit Hurghada every few months and often choose budget hotels because I like to compare different places. I do not expect luxury from a low-cost hotel. However, I do expect cleanliness, basic hospitality, and a reasonable standard of service. From the moment I arrived, I felt a complete lack of interest from the staff. I was traveling alone with a large, heavy suitcase, yet nobody offered any assistance. There was no help with the luggage, no help opening doors, and no sign that anyone cared whether I needed support. The room itself was far below an acceptable standard. The bed linen was stained and looked unclean, as shown in the photos. The towels were old, worn out, and frayed. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and left a very poor impression. I have stayed in many three-star hotels in Hurghada, and several of them offer a significantly higher standard than this hotel. I also experienced an issue with the room rate. The amount requested at check-in differed from the price confirmed on my Booking.com reservation. The difference was not large, so I decided not to argue about it, but nobody was able to explain the discrepancy clearly. The only thing that positively surprised me was the staff's willingness to store my cooling packs in the kitchen freezer, as I was transporting medication that needed to remain cold. I genuinely appreciated that help. Unfortunately, apart from that single positive experience, everything else was a disappointment. Communication was poor, customer service was lacking, and the overall impression was that guest comfort and satisfaction were simply not a priority. There are many affordable hotels in Hurghada where guests are treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Sadly, this was not one of them. I would definitely not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
