Location was nice, room was big

Breakfast was the worst I’ve had ever in a hotel. Not one item was edible. Despite having coffee machine they served instant coffee for cost cutting. Poor room service despite calling multiple times no one came to pick up the luggage on checkout.

We stayed in suite room and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the seating was also quite decent. We had very restful stay in the room. The property also has a decent swimming pool, although we didn't get time to use it, but it was very well maintained. The roof top views and weekend music nights are also a welcome treat.

The room, although a suite room doesn't have a fridge, instead it has Qube which maintains the temperature of the food and doesn't cool it. When they clean the room, house keeping doesn't replace used towels unless asked for it. The liquor is unfairly taxed at 24%, while the state regulations are at 20%, hence having liquor at the in house bar isn't advisable. We also had breakfast as part of the package, and we regret that. The options in breakfast were very limited and the taste was just horrible. So preferably avoid breakfast at the venue.

Nice ambience

There was bad smell in rooms , bathroom was pretty bad the shower water goes in all the bathroom across the glass not good at all
