Big room with balcony and comfortable bed

We was expecting some blankets except the bedsheets and in the floor mostly but also in the bed it was full of some blonde hair

great facilities great staff, the people that i communicated. excelent room. big balcony. very good silent room, no noise from outside. easy parking. modern looking. comfortable bed and pillows.

i could not find extra toilet paper at the facility or around the area on foot and i had to buy the next day. not that i mind, but when in need at night, there is an issue hahaha. in addition they had 2 big boxes of linen in the entrance for the housekeeping and they stayed there for our whole stay. the entrance on the 5th floor looked messy for such nice facilities.

It was well located with facilities available near by.

I was there with a colleague who took a separate room. The taxi driver we took from the airport could not locate the address, he was driving around and around. This made him furious when it was not our fault. It was our first time in Cyprus. He left us at a taxi stand on the road with all our lugagges. The other driver was kind enough to bring us there. May be something can be done to be more precise on the address. When providing white sheets and towels, need to check again that same are clean enough or renew same. And it was mentioned upon payment that we were paying for the room to be cleaned. But I never saw anyone who came to clean the room during my 10days stay. May be for a maximum of 2-3 days i will understand that it does not need to be cleaned. But 10 days i expected that there will be someone who will come to clean the room. But overall my stay was ok. Thank you.
