The rooms were comfortable and it was good value for money.

The gym equipment was very limited.

The facility is very clean and spacious. Very nice staffs and supportive guards on duty who assisted in parking. Near SM and Ayala and fast foods. Near to a very nice hang-outs if you are a beer lover. Super nice. Will surely stay in our next family vacation. Another 6 rooms, haha.

The staff were fantastic. Take them away and this place would be very bland. The beds were comfortable and the location quiet. There is parking on-site.

Staying here is like living with an old uncle who's clearly the most penny pinching man in the world. You arrive to a reception where they have two manual doors and a step to drag your suitcase over and try to open. Then you wait endless amounts of time for the under-sized elevator. There are 2, but the owner is too tight to switch both on most of the time so you are left waiting forever. In your room, you'll be welcomed by the air-con off and the fridge unplugged. By the time you get the room cool and the fridge cool, 4-6 hours of your stay is already used up. Clearly the air-con design was never done by a professional as the units aren't in a suitable size or position for the rooms and for some cost cutting reason, whilst 2 are split systems, one is a noisy box style unit. In the family/presential suite rooms you'll find the potential for a good room, ruined by the cheap impractical Chinese style furniture and the lack of items in the kitchen cupboards. So think Uber v Taxi, Airbnb v this. This lack of any love in the rooms also leaves you feeling bored and dissatisfied. Despite the location seeming close to the malls, its just far enough that you need transport, and therefore isn't as useful as it seemed on Google maps from afar. There is basically nothing within walking distance of this location. There are some rooms/floors that allow smoking which is also a turn off.

Everything is okay except:

The cooking pan was not properly washed, cleaned for the next user. The boiling pot has rust inside.
