The gym is EXCELLENT for a hotel gym. Rarely have a gym as well equipped as that - squat rack, proper weight plates, many dumbbells and benches. Very impressive and a great feature if it matters to you. The room was spacious and seemed clean. Bathroom good too. Location is pretty good, you can easily walk to cafes etc. Staff were friendly. Place is pretty near the airport and easy to get to by a grab taxi.

When I arrived the whole place except for my bedroom smelt really bad. I think it was because they had a Christmas party on floor 3 where the gym is. I went up to see the gym after checking in and the whole corridor was a huge mess, and no one had cleaned it up. Even the elevators and the lobby was dirty and smelt bad. I would suggest they should clean up after a function rather than leaving it to let the whole place smell. In the morning it was clean and the smell was better, so maybe I arrived straight after a party which was unlikely and it usually is not like that. I paid for a double room but was assigned a single room. I didn’t complain because I was tired - maybe they would have fixed this for me. But still not great to be assigned the wrong room when you paid extra for a double. Minor points but The hallway is light all night and there is a frosted window in the kitchen of the bedroom, and light comes in the room all night. Didn’t bother me too much but did make me a little more wakeful.. pillows are also thick and I found them uncomfortable.

The kitchenette needs some cleaning material. It needs some glasses for drinks too. Maybe some salt too. No hand towels in yhr bathroom or tea towels in the kitchen I wouldn't stay there again because of the lack of those items.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen. It’s clean and facilities look modern. It’s just what I was looking for as I was with my family. It’s such a great value for its price. All the staff were also friendly and helpful.

Convenience stores/pharmacy are a bit far from the location but the hotel has a mini shop that sells snacks.

The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant. I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the room, as it was both functional and inviting, providing a comfortable space to relax. The beds were cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. Additionally, the presence of basic utensils, a microwave and an electric kettle added a layer of convenience. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a water dispenser on each floor level. This convenient feature eliminated the need to constantly purchase bottled water or rely on room service for refills, making it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. This small yet impactful amenity added a touch of practicality to my stay. I had an early flight scheduled at around 4 AM, and I was relieved to find that taxis could easily locate the property using the Grab app. This made the entire process of arranging transportation seamless and stress-free, especially given the odd hours.

I wasn’t able to cook because there was no pan available, leaving me with no option but to postpone cooking altogether. I wished they had provided more hotel slippers, as having an extra pair would have been convenient and added to the comfort of our stay. I would have preferred if the bathroom had undergone a thorough deep cleaning to ensure it was spotless and hygienic. While it may have appeared clean at a glance, a closer inspection revealed areas that could have benefited from more detailed attention, such as the grout, corners, and fixtures, where dirt and residue tend to accumulate over time. The bathroom's glass door seemed to be designed purely for separation rather than functionality, as it was ineffective in containing the water within the shower area, leading to frequent puddles and the need for extra cleaning or towels to keep the space dry and safe. This design flaw detracted from the overall convenience and usability of the bathroom. Unfortunately, there were no nearby restaurants or convenience stores, which became particularly inconvenient when I unexpectedly got my period and urgently needed supplies. The nearest option was Ayala Mall, which required a taxi ride costing around PHP 170 one way, adding time and expense to address the situation. This lack of nearby amenities was a notable drawback during my stay.

I love the hospitality and level of service. I wish that full-course meals (i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were served at this hotel.

Accessible, clean, staff was super accommodating and friendly.
