"The bold colours are gone, however the place was still really nice"

The place has had a paint job so initially we thought we were in the wrong apartment! The bold colours are gone :( however the place was great anyway. Staff were super helpful delivering a left Lego set.

The company wanted to charge an additional, substantial pet fee at the end of the trip, however after explaining that we'd clearly indicated we were travelling with a pet whilst booking this request was dropped.

Appreciated that the accommodation was pet-friendly, it was clean and comfortable and well-located for the Old Town.

The whole apartment building was very warm in the hot weather but a fan was provided.

"Superb"

A lovely, quiet apartment close to Stevenage Old Town. Impeccably clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The apartment was in a secure block, close to shops and the railways station. A great place to base yourself.

"Nice location, look and feel - but very hot on a summers night meant we struggled to sleep."

Location, look and feel.

The property was so hot at night we struggled to sleep. 1 fan for 2 rooms was provided in the appartment. We contacted the hosts and asked for an additional fan. The hosts said they would deliver the additional fan, but failed to turn up.

Property was located in really good place, everywhere close, for shopping, to train station, to the park etc Very clean ! Bed comfortable , place looked so nice and comfy. Everything what we needed, was at the the place. Contact with stuff of the property was really good, they answered for all my questions and helped. Thank You so much and greetings from Poland ☺️
