Die Lage war perfekt. Checkin war sehr einfach

Leider waren wir am Wochenende Vorort, sodass wir mit lauter Musik bis 1 Uhr in der Früh beschallt wurden. Leider gab es in der Küche keine Basics wie Salz und Pfeffer

Great central location and easy to access. Good to have a lift for luggage etc. Lovely spacious contemporary accommodation. Great noise reducing windows so quiet even though on busy street. Although public car park was 10 minute walk away it was great to be able to drive into the central zone to drop off and collect luggage. Straight forward instructions/communication for self check in etc.

A little sparse in furnishings -maybe some more pictures, lamps. The kitchen window could have a blackout blind as light poured into the whole room from the early hours. Bathroom extractor was noisy and seemed to be on most nights, so had to close both doors to reduce noise whilst sleeping

We had a great time at this residence. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was superb. Check in was smooth and efficient despite the lack of a reception. Entrance is a little old in comparison to the room but we had no problems as it was easy to get in and out.

From the day of our arrival, there was unfortunately a problem with the boiler so we had no hot water. The customer service was great though as Marco (Sudest Homes) was very apologetic and we are due to receive a partial refund. In general, he was very responsive, helpful and polite on WhatsApp to any queries. One thing we would like to recommend is to add a full length mirror in the rooms. As we were two women, this would have been particularly appreciated. Overall, aside from the hot water, we enjoyed our time here.

This was a good location for walking to sites, restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and had most of the amenities we were looking for.

When we arrived the pass code to get into the unit did not work. We had to contact the office to get someone to locate keys. Turns out the battery was dead and it was replaced the next day. It was just a bit of a hassle after a long day of travel. The following are just suggestions to make the guest stay better. There needs to be coat hooks or some place to hang jackets and bags especially when they are wet. The TV should have been in the living area rather than the bedroom. There was no english news channel. Someone said they would come and fix it for us but it never worked out. There were only 5 hangers. 5 is not enough for 2 people. The closet rail is set too high for short people. There was no mop or broom to clean up the floor or any spills and very little counter space for food prep etc.. The safe is tiny and not laptop compatible - this should be noted for guests ahead of time. There should be instructions for working the stove. It's different from other countries and we had to check on line to find instructions for using it.

Está muy bien ubicada. El departamento esta remodelado a Nuevo y es muy comodo. Me encantó.

Que no había shampoo.
