Localizacao perfeita, quarto grande muito confortável. Totalmente equipado e com tudo bem Novo e funcional.

A limpeza do banheiro. O vaso estava sujo na parte de cima por dentro. A faxina não é minuciosa.

A minha reserva foi cancelada e nao foi dado um alerta, apenas um email no Booking.... O que convenhamos nao é muito qdo um cliente esta no meio de uma longa viagem. Eles tinham o meu email, e meu telefone. Poderiam ter usado outro meio para se comunicarem, varios hoteis fizeram isso. Foi horrivel chegar em Siracusa as 11 horas da noite e nao ter onde ficar.
