The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, every other aspect falls short of expectations, and I would recommend considering nearby alternatives such as the Hyatt or Grand Fiesta Americana, which offer a far better experience. 1. Service issues at breakfast. Although breakfast is included in the rate, staff refused to serve it, citing that the chef was “too busy.” This response reflected not only poor organization but also a dismissive attitude toward guests. 2. Non-functional amenities. Ice machines on every floor were marked “out of service.” It gave the impression that they simply were not willing to operate them rather than a genuine technical issue. 3. Low-quality in-room coffee. The coffee provided was of very poor quality, with machines that felt cheap and inadequate for a hotel in this price range. 4. Unpleasant odors. Hallways carried a noticeable sewage smell, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. While the location is convenient, the service culture and attention to detail are well below what most travelers would reasonably expect. For those seeking reliability, comfort, and basic hospitality standards, there are far better options nearby.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Jose Galvan greeted us for breakfast every morning and treated us like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything in a short walking distance. Being American and non-Spanish speaking, we felt safe and maneuvered the area with ease.
