All facilities seemed to be in good condition.. Well equipped kitchen though dishwasher would have been nice Very good bathroom and shower .Good that Netflix was provided .

Carpet runner needed to be replaced as loose.

Lovely room with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Very secure and quiet but a short walk to the sights, shops, bars and restaurants.

No complaints.

Everything was local.

The noise from the bins outside the window. Couldn't keep window open. The shower flooded nearly into the hallway and fan wasn't working.

Comfortable room in good location with parking.

We’ve stayed in other properties in the same building that overlooked the river and they were nicer places to be (more private). This room overlooks the bin shed so some footfall outside.

Really clean and well equipped apartment .Fluffy towels, lovely bathroom, especially the little night light. Great kitchen area and crockery. Easy to use heating. Nice comfy bed (not the pull out one in photo but better) Has windows that open. Quiet at night. Handy for the city. Parking good.

A lot smaller than the photos made it look. Room 1 is next to the bin store so there was some rubbish depositing noise. There's only one bedside table and one lamp ( on the other side) so no reading before bed for one of you and no drink for the other !! There had been an issue with the water tank being 'contaminated' before we arrived....we were kept up-to-date and supplied with bottled water but I'd have rather had a refund .

It’s in a great location, short walk to the town centre, parking on site, the property has everything you need for a short stay.

The recycling bins being just outside the window, was noisy when people where depositing there glass bottles at all hours. Woke me and partner up more than once.

Excellent place to stay, great location with quiet neighborhood, walk distance to York town centre. property is very clean and checking instructions very clear from host Daisy. We are very happy to spend 2 nights in her place, highly recommended.
