A hundred things to like - one of the best places I've ever rented - quality, comfort, well equiped, great location, perfect.

Lots of codes to get in & out but I don't want to complain as we loved our stay

It said river view it did not mention you had to stand on a chair to see it our window looked over the recycling bays for the entire flats from 6.30 am till 11.30 pm bottles thrown in bins metal cage doors being slammed . The wardrobe space was taken up with huge water tank ,hoover, mop and bucket and box of cleaning products(maybe if they had used the cleaning equipment ) with no room to unpack , the tiled floor in kitchen area where it met the carpet was loose trip hazard coffee jars dirty inside kettle , bins the same very dirty round the dustbin the wall was all splashed with food no mattress protector very disappointing I think housekeeping must have had a bad day soap and sanitiser both empty the entrance has many parcels from various parcel delivery company’s all day being thrown in the floor at entrance with empty sanitiser I gave more pictures but will only allow four

Lovely little apartment that was super close to all the bars and restaurants. The room has changed since the pictures and there was now a proper bed that was really comfy and cosy. Amazing little room!!

Very very confusing instructions on how to get into the property and parking. However once we figured it out it was fine and became super easy after that.

Clean, good location, secure parking and nothing was too much trouble - Daisy was excellent and the extra packages reasonable and sorted quickly - thank you

Had an issue with getting into the apartment but reported and sorted promptly.

The location was excellent. It was quiet enough to relax, but near enough to reach the centre of York within minutes. Absolutely ideal! The apartment is easy to find. Keyless system is so easy. Cleaned to a high standard. The bed is so comfy. The hosts are professional and answer all questions quickly and clearly.

It honestly couldn't be improved upon, in my opinion.
