"Contemporary cool"

Contemporary designe Very friendly, pleasant, accommodating.most speak english. Food is good and wholesome. Very good atmosphere. Needs a bit more attention to small maintenance issues. Overall we were very happy there and would recommend to others warmly.

"Good"

The customer service was excellent -- all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, really going above and beyond. However, sound carried throughout the hotel. It's set up with an open middle section and from my room I heard the clanking of a bowl and glass when the first person started having their breakfast around 6am. The breakfast was also minimal, more so than any of the other hotels in the region I stayed in (no eggs - just a heads up for those of you planning to eat there before a big hike).

"Exceptional"

The staff were the most wonderful humans. The bed was so comfy. The view was spectacular. The shampoo and conditioner was amazing! I had just come off a 9 day hiking adventure And it undid 9 days of hike in one wash. There was a towel warmer! Complimentary breakfast. I can't say enough. If you are in Puerto Natales you need to stay here.
