Palacio Condominiums

We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room to relax and very private.

We stayed in Unit 1702. It was updated and well maintained. This is not like staying at a hotel, so plan to not have assistance at a front desk after hours or on the weekend. It is more like having your own personal condo/apartment at the beach. There are several good restaurants in the area, and I would highly recommend Cafe Beignet across the street at least once for breakfast. There is a free DVD rental in the lobby, and each unit came with two beach chairs and an umbrella daily. We were there during the in-between time: after tourist season and before the snowbirds return (mid-October). We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves several times. Fishing was also pretty good right off the beach. Groceries stores are very close, and they even have shopping carts to take your bags up to your unit. We would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant experience with the usual occasional drawback. One thing that could not be helped was the weather, after a cold front at the end of October, it was windy and cool which is not optimal beach conditions. Another downside was that there was maintenance work being done while we were at the pool with grinders and other noisy equipment. Other than that, it was a beautiful venue with beautiful beach front. They have a hot tub, a nice sized pool, and a pool to swim laps in. The best part about Perdido Key is that it is not as overrun by tourists as other places on the coast are.

Family vacation of 6 adults and one infant. Really enjoyed condo 1205. Clean, updated very spacious unit. Tons of storage space. No problems with elevators. Great beach access. Not a negative thing to say about this condo or the area of our stay!

Stayed in Unit 906, 3bd/3ba. Condo was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Palacio's location is near shopping, dining and grocery store. Parking was great, beach was nice and was very quiet.

We stayed for 6 nights. My husband was home for 3 weeks from Iraq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay he was relaxed and everything was excellent at the location.

Terrific location. We even used the barbecue grill. Unbelievable views and all the amenities you need to have a Gulf vacation.

We stayed in 1703 so we were at the end and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The unit was lovely! We were 2 adults and 4 kids traveling over Spring Break so the only downsides were lack of enough towels...there are not beach or pool towels so your one set of towels is for outdoors as well as bathing and with a stackable w/d inside the unit was a little limiting. The office staff was good and was able to provide a few extras. The unit also didn't have even a salt and pepper shacker in the kitchen so that was a little surprising but the experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool (1 heated lap pool and 1 larger not heated pool, and the hot tub). There are grills available poolside for your use, too.

Had a really great stay. The property has great beach access and the pools are nice. There are a few restaurants close, not walking close but close. A couple of big grocery stores within a couple of miles, perfect for stocking up. There are some boat rental places also within a couple of miles where you can rent a pontoon and explore the back bay for the day.

We loved room 1402 it was a beautiful condo with a lovely view of the ocean from the bedroom and the living room. We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. We ate our Christmas turkey dinner cooked at the condo on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. We would recommend this unit to anyone.
