Palacio Condominiums

Nice condo. Great balcony and view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beds and furniture little uncomfortable (well used). Missed not having a stereo. Kitchen well stocked. Overall a very nice accommodation.

We went to Pensacola for the Airshow. The condo was clean, large and tastefully decorated and fully furnished to accommodate our needs. This was a very pleasant experience at a great value.

The room was very nice, the parking a little sparse and the construction on street was annoying but the view was worth it!

We loved the room the only thing that the Condo needs are some NEW SMALL APPLIANCES

The late check-in we needed was handled very well, and easy. The condo was large for our family of 4, but 6 would have been fine too. The master suite was very large with great beach view and the second bedroom was tiny, but for our teen boys it was fine. Boy/girl teens would maybe find it awkwardly small. The kitchen was a good size and attached to the open dining/living room space with was nice to still be a part of the action. The balcony was HUGE with a great view of the Gulf. We really enjoyed our stay. The decor was starting to get tired just a bit, but no big deal when you consider the rest of what you're getting.

Great, private vacation. Beach very secluded, very few people. I would like to do it again. Service is on a lighter side, but I was happy to be left alone.

The hotel location and beach are great. The unit was well equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer and more. Make sure to arrive before 7 pm to find a person at the check in desk, otherwise, you will find a pachet with your name and do the check in next morning. The parking is tight but overflow parking across the street is available with a passcode that you can get from the security person at the hotel enterance. Room service is barely available, make sure you check the linen and pillow cases for cleanliness and go to the check in desk for their change of necessary! The beach is great and safe. The hotel allows for complimentary one umbrella and 2 chairs. Bring some small beach chairs and umbrella for the kids. Overall the hotel is wonderful but a bit overpriced

My wife and I were looking for a week away from everything to just relax and enjoy some warm sunny weather after a long cold winter. We went to check in to the Palacio and were told there was a problem with our unit, so they upgraded us to a larger one. I can't speak to the condition of the original unit, but the one that they upgraded us to was absolutely perfect. It was a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath on the 18th floor. WHAT A VIEW. We could not have asked for a more comfortable condo. We would like to thank everyone involved for making our week in Perdido Key so awesome.

Beautiful condo. Lovely!! Fantastic view, beach, area. Needs new pillows for beds. They are old, hard. Just some soft bed pillows to maximize and compare the otherwise luxurious accomodations. Also, don't skimp on assuring dry cleaned comforters on beds for each new visit.

Absolutely loved our condo. We went in April and the Beach was beautiful and not crowded like the other beaches during this same time. This was the perfect getaway!
