Conrad Rabat Arzana

I visited this luxerous with my family while my children on their half term holiday. From reception to housekeeping and valets are so kind and considerate. My big thanks to Nabil, Oumaima, Nouhaila, Kassimi, Yassmina, breakfast and dinner staff, Kids Club ladies, houskeeping people. They all made our stay in this hotel outstanding. I have so much saying but I cannot share these all with one review. Overall as hotel and its service, it is the best one.

I had dinner last night and lunch today at the Conrad, Rabat. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience for my older mother, teenage children and I. The decor is elegant and tasteful, chic and yet relaxed. The food was excellent in the snack bar, we enjoyed the choice, setting and exceptional staff service. I highly recommend this hotel and will return.

Hotel luxueux, très agréable, personnel très accueillant et professionnel. La communication directe avec l'accueil via whatsapp 24h/24 durant le séjour, je trouve que c'est rapide et très pratique.

L'hôtel a une superbe vue sur mer. Mais malheureusement pas d'accès pied en mer pour les séjours de l'été.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at the end of Jan, we were impressed by the hotel from its hardware and software. The hotel is away from city, it took us about 35 mins from airport. The hotel is well maintain and the design and the layout are superbly presented. Upon arrival, the front office team were very welcoming and friendly to greet us, also due to my HH status and special occasion, we were upgraded to Premier room with ocean view which we were highly appreciated. We used the spa facility on the second day and chose a massage treatment for myself and my partner, both of us were enjoyed and relaxed, only disappointment was the steam room were not in function as I prefer it rather than sauna. Moreover thanks to the HH status, we have received 15% off the bill towards to treatment which we were not aware of it at the first place. We took advantage of the happy hour (1700-1900) at the pool bar. There was a complimentary drink menu for diamond that covers from wines, beers, mixers and soft drinks which we really liked it. Breakfast experience during my stay was great, the team were very energetic and always prepare to help, we took the diamond benefit of the special menu and the quality of the food were great. If there wasn't a special menu, it will be a bit boring for the breakfast. As the previous comment from others, I saw there was a young lad with Downs Syndrome working in the team, I would like to thank you the management team for the support and providing fair opportunity to those disadvantage people. , also I could see the whole breakfast team were looking after him and showing great team spirit. I would like to highlight the housekeeping service. We were impressed by the high level of standard and the hard work provided by the team. Absolutely spotless! Last not least, even it was off peak season in Jan, the hotel still has a lot staff working around to serve and maintain the standard of service; to make the 10/10 stay its not easy, has to be whole team effort and Conrad Rabat has got everything it takes! We have stayed more than 10 Conrad properties and this one definitely top 3 for sure, thank you Conrad Rabat.

I have no words to describe this place other than true paradise. Absolutely stunning really worth visiting. The rooms are very spacious beautifully decorated, amazing view. The food is to die for and the customer service is off the charts. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I'm very sad to leave

The service at this hotel was amazing!! We were given personalized care with extraordinary kindness! The lamb shoulder dinner for 2 was so tasty and the quantity huge—more than enough for two. The breakfast was out of this world! Our free upgrade to an ocean view was fantastic. The outlay of the room was so comfortable. The shower was so easy to operate. The attention to detail was incredible. There were so many staff eager to serve us. They had even a Downs Syndrome young man hired, which impressed me very positively. The whole environment exuded kindness, helpfulness and compassion. Such a lovely stay!!
