"Conrad hospitality, perfect family trip"

What an amazing hotel. The hospitality service across the board was so high. The concierge Ayman made everything so seamless and was a delight. I had booked one spa treatment and ended up going twice more. The kids club was awesome for our teenagers with the video games they could drop in to play. The view was remarkable- the heated pool in our room (Junior suite with plunge pool) was so much fun. Truly a hotel I will return to.

A special thank you to some amazing team members who took great care of me: Front Desk – Hicham and Ismail, La Brise Restaurant (Breakfast) – Imane Et-Tayyeb and Sara, L’Oursin Pool Lounge & Bar – Imad (Manager), Sifeddine (Head Bartender), Khalil (Head Waiter), Zakaria and Abdellatif, Housekeeping – Ilham. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and professional, they truly made my stay memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

"Beautiful hotel and staff"

I visited here for a weekend in February as part of a trip exploring Morocco, I was here for a weekend and in hindsight wish I’d have stayed longer. From the arrival to leaving the staff were exceptional. It was a particularly stormy weekend with rain and winds which meant the pools were closed but I had the benefit of a side suite with views to the sea. I sat for hours watching the weather and sea from the balcony. As a diamond member I was looked after so well, the upgraded room, the additional water and the breakfast service was excellent. I tried room service one evening and the food came hot and well presented. I will definitely come back and spend longer.
