It was good overall, but as Globalists we expected more. The Grand Hyatt Istanbul is better in terms of restaurants, drinks, and service. Some restaurant staff members were rude, and we noticed them making fun of clients. They also charge extra for mimosas, even for Globalist members. That said, the concierge team was fabulous and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was wonderful, and the view was spectacular. We also think the lounge experience could be improved by offering a small fridge with complimentary drinks and coffee for Globalist guests.
