"Will not be back again."

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. He was very accommodating.

The rooms are very small and my toilet began to back up in the middle of the night when I used the bathroom. The hotel is too expensive for the poor quality of rooms.

"The Moxy Experience"

Our experience at the Moxy Hotel was amazing. It was different from what we’re used to as the hotel was very minimalistic, but still nicely decorated. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Mello made our stay an experience with his wittiness and charm. Jerome at the valet was amazing! He had our car ready in no time. Overall, the stay was a 10/10!

"Positive attitude from staff"

Very friendly staff. I arrived at Valet quite stressed out for a number of reasons and Jerome in valet greeted me happily and immediately put me at ease. He was a wonderful 1st impression of the hotel and a great example of what you want someone to see as the face of any business. He got my luggage on a cart and got me to check in where Mello greeted me with the same positive and friendly attitude. It was a great experience. The cool, throwback vibe of the hotel was a bonus.

"Cool decor, decent place to stay. Pep up your staff to act like they want guests"

Convenient to downtown

Parking, staff seemed tired and unfriendly. They seemed bothered that people were in the lobby and took awhile to get service. If you ordered another drink, the bartender gave you a look like they wished you just went away. Take it this was a Friday night around 10 pm during Thanksgiving weekend. It’s his job to be joyful.
