Hi, I wanted to let you know that last night there was a loud fight right outside the hotel, and police came. It went on for quite a while and I wasn’t able to sleep. I’d really appreciate if you could offer a refund or some form of compensation since it affected my stay.

"Moxy for business"

Valet was awesome! Highly recommend. I was here for one night on business. The front desk was easy and simple. The room was unique and very clean. Valet did me a favor with my bag and he was great!

"The good and the bad"

Jerome was wonderful, very efficient! The app that the Moxy Hotel uses, PMC parking.... not so much! The app states 100% of the tip goes to the valet yet it charges a service fee to leave a tip (unless you use a debit card which is explained at the end of the transaction and does not allow you to change your payment method). Also the app never alerted me that my car was ready for pick up.

"Trinity is HER"

My bartender Trinity is awesome. Trinity is very knowledgeable of Richmond, and we had a great conversation. Her drinks are on point. Her wings were perfectly cooked. I can’t wait to do all over again tonight.
