This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The actual name is the Traveler Inn not the OYO. to start with. There were bed bugs in the room and not to mention we couldn't even shower casue the water came out brown. The microwave could not be used do to faulty electrical outlets. The mini fridge has to be completely changed out after the original one didn't work. This hotel was so bad i didn't stay but o. Thrusday changed hotels with help from my mother. Worst part is when i called Expedia they told me i could not change or get a refund. So im still paying for a room i slept one night in. I will never use this sight again to book a hotel.

The pool looked nice, and some families were enjoying it. Checkin was fairly easy even though I arrived around 11pm. The housekeeper was polite and offered to change out the bedding and towels.

The room had a lot of damage to the furniture, walls, and structure. The bed, sheets, and comforter were stained. The room smelt musty. The sheets had crumbs and dirt on them. I was unable to get new sheets until the next day. The refrigerator didn't work. The toilet didn't flush. I had to ask for a plunger. There was so much wrong with the facility and its cleanliness. It is a cheap place to stay, but may not even be worth that. I advise travelers to find a different location.

Beware of this place ....Worse hotel i ever stayed in in 60 yrs .. manager is a liar and a thieve!!!! Paid for 2 nights in a nasty dirty room .. stayed 1 night and returned following day to find my room had been rented out ..why ?? Because we chose not to leave our personal property in a room that door would not lock inside or outside ..when we got back to our room ..door was still enoperable and would not lock . MANAGER said cause our stuff wasn't left there he thought we left for good .. and then he lied telling me it was for only 1 night until I produced receipt.. and then he got shitty with me and we had to find another hotel that was available.. 3 hotels in the city and a major festival happening .. he should be fired or at least give me back th money for the night he stole from us

The room we got was supposed to be a non-smoking room but you could smell the smoke right when you walked in there was ashes on the ac unit and on the floor. The shower curtain had black mold on it. The staff was nice but the room was a different story.

first thing we noticed the hotel was not OYO it was Travel Inn, the grounds wasn't upkept, Hotel key did not work the entire time we was there, every time we left we had to tell the front desk we was leaving and when we came back had to have someone open our door.At 10pm we found out there was an issue with the water, the shower knobs didn't work, then we had only cold water then only hot water, a customer who was renting a room fixed the water so we would have a shower. The maintenance man kept running from one room to another trying to find what rooms had water, the housekeeper AJ was phenomenal she made kept apologizing for the crappy service from the manager. A group of ladies had to call the cops because their room had bedbugs and the manager took their key and wouldn't give them a refund. The stairs to the 2nd floor had a board across it that had wood rot. For 2 days of stay it was not worth $200
