Very clean and attractive building.

This was the most relaxed I have ever stay at a hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, had everything I needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, fully staffed kitchen, plenty of space .. was very excited that I was upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath 🥰. I would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend THIS place to anyone!!

My wife inadvertently left her passport on the counter. She didn't realize until she was at the airport to go thru security. She immediately jumped in a cab and called Kasa. After a short hold, her call was answered. Explaining the situation she was told they would contact the a staff member on premises to allow access. Sitting outside the front door in a cab, a gentleman came out the door and asked if she was looking for a passport. Which he promptly handed to her. Quick response and very satisfactory. This situation could have turned out to be disaster. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is pretty basic. Our only complaint would be the kitchen is not stocked well with cooking supplies. No mixing bowls for making salad or scrambling eggs.

The apartment was clean and spacious the only issues I had was the TV in the lounge kept turning off and the check in instructions weren’t very clear also whilst I was there the evacuation alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had no idea where the the evac area was as I didn’t see any instructions anywhere in the property. Overall my stay was very good.

Property was quite new and stove,fridge etc very new. Great location about 10 min walk from peppermill. But woken up at 3:30 by a false fire alarm was bad. Otherwise it would be 5 *.

The BEST place to stay where the beds are comfy and sheets are better than the high end hotels!! We love this place it's so clean, modern and has everything you need and is much quieter than a hotel! This is our goto place and far better than any Airbnb!! The bbq grills are top of the line and it feels like home away from home!! Access is super easy and communication with Kasa is quick and very convient. Also, parking is secure and alot cheaper than any hotel!!

I liked the entire stay. Some stains on carpet and for some reason had everything we needed and more except for spoons and body wash. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
