Kasa Archive Reno-Tahoe

Have stayed at Kasa Archive twice and it has been a great experience. Only downfall was front apartments are on Virginia Street and the noise is distracting at night if you are a light sleeper. I requested a quieter room but it was not honored.

Nice, clean, and safe place

No sound proofing and is located on a main street, windows and walls are extremely thin. You will hear every guest in neighboring rooms, people talking on the street, and 24/7 car traffic out of your window. When contacting the residence about this issue they told me to wear ear plugs and play white noise, seems like they know of this issue and this is their standard response. I had to check out early as I could not get a good nights sleep. If you check out early they will tell you to contact Expedia for refunds, Expedia will tell you to contact them and the loop will never end. For the price there are much better options to look for this is not positioned in a good neighborhood. They also charge $15 a day parking fee that you will discover after you book and attempt to check in.

Love this place

Was a great stay and very nice location. The room was clean and communication was the best. Only down side was we had 202 which runs with Virgina Street, little noisy but nothing to horrible. Will stay again for sure.

The condo was well equipped but if you crave the outdoors there is no covered outdoor space and the outdoor gas fireplace by our building did not work!

Great experience at this property. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Spent 20 nights here and I look forward to staying again. At one point my coffee maker stopped working, but Kasa replaced it within a half hour! Excellent experience

Place us decent. Having to oay for parking is a drag. Parking is limited but if youre patient anither car will let you in

This place is fairly nice, geared toward short or medium stay guests. The furnishings were decent, but basically IKEAlevel and comfort. The hallways inside the building could definitely use some carpeting to keep the noise level down as people are coming and going to their rooms. And we could easily hear people talking and arguing in the unit next door. The gate code did not work when we drove up, so we had to park and go through the building's front entry along the street in order to get to our unit and the key fobs for the gate to the parking lot.

The room we rented a 2Br 1ba was great, had full kitchen which was nice since I was traveling for school and it made it great to have all necessary things there for use. The room was very spacious and enjoyed the easy of the virtual desk. Only thing was we kinda felt rushed to leave before the 11am checkout.. overall great experience. Would definitely recommend for price and what you get.
