Customer service is horrible. Worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had as the beds are tiny. Uncomfortable and the first room the bed was in the shape of a taco damn near . Location is good. Rooms and property is Clean but the bad out ways any of the good

I don't like this hotel

Property is gated and place is nice. Problem is window seems thin and you can hear traffic on the main street.

The check-in procedure was actually quite simple and we loved all of the amenities included in the room, such as a full-size kitchen, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and well equipped bathroom.

Easy check in. They allowed us early check in as well. The room was clean and we had plenty of room to store our luggage. Beds were clean and comfy. We communicated via text that we needed more linen and they arrived within 5 minutes. The only downfall was that I was able to hear my neighbors above me and next to me. Banging, hard walking and music were easily heard at all hours. We had a noise machine and it cut it all out. So other than that it was a really nice, updated and clean place to stay.

The stay was good I had a great time. The room had a few spots that were missed and not swept. and the shower was very small and had almost no water pressure.

Apartment was super clean, comfy and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay! You made it so easy for us!

Centrally located

There used to be a coffee bar in the lobby, the coffee service provided in the apartment was sub par and inconvenient. Refrigerator had a slightly rotten meat smell (didn’t use it because of that)

A few texts were not timely and contained misinformation. Fortunately my car was not towed but both texts came too late for me to act on that information.
