Kasa Archive Reno-Tahoe

I had a great experience staying in Kasa Reno-Tahoe, the staff were amazing and super helpful, every time I had a question they would always answer in seconds. And we enjoyed our time there!

The room was very comfortable. It had a great kitchen and a washer/dryer unit!!! Really great stay. Not the quietest place but you can’t help neighbors with kiddos! I was extremely comfortable here.

Horrible - Horrible! Reviews that rate this hotel better than a 0 must be paid or not looking at anything or don't care about the soiled towels, noise level, or did not check out the trashed pots and pans left for your stay. Parking is stated to be assigned space and charged daily and then as guest we are left finding a place based upon availability and be forewarned as you may end up walking quite far instead. This is a major 0 property with absolutely no on site management to assist with anything during your stay.

Quiet hours are not honored even though their hours are posted on the guest inside entry door. Will spare you more details of the wasted time spent interacting with offsite "so called" management that do not care about your experience in any way. This is not a managed property and will disappoint on all levels. Do NOT recommend unless you enjoy uncontrolled kids, loud party types making noise long into early morning hours and barking dogs throughout your stay!

Excellent communication with clear instructions on how to access parking and room. Mobile key works great as well. The site is well manages. Mobile app works well for check in and check out as well as access to the room.

Kasa Archive was an amazing place to stay as a family. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. It was all newly updated and very clean. The amenities were awesome, I enjoyed going to the two level gym in the mornings and we enjoyed the pool as well. The location was close to a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be looking for more Kasa Archives when we travel.

Easy check in. The bed was low and a little too hard for my personal liking. The kitchen has just necessities and if you use the Keurig, be careful, the coffee will fill to the very top of mug provided. The pool area with the clubhouse is very nice. We enjoyed grilling, billards, foosball and a swim. Nice gym also.

The place is very polite and me and my family loved it we had so much fun and we all hope to go to the place agian.

Enjoyed the room, very comfortable and well appointed with supplies. The property was nice, great location close to the airport. Only issues were parking - I paid for parking but the first night when I arrived (late flight) there were no spaces available so I had to park in a free, unsecured lot that was a considerable distance away and haul all my stuff back. The second night I managed to snag the last available parking spot. The room was overlooking a main road that was quite noisy all night but some white noise took care of it. In spite of this minor issues, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Appreciated having a dishwasher and laundry in the unit (with laundry and dishwasher soap provided.) Also a toaster and hot water kettle and all the dishes we needed to feel like we were at home. Gated parking and car charger nearby were great. Comfortable bed for sleeping and couch for relaxing. We felt safe there and would definitely stay again.
