Propreté de l’ensemble des équipements. Literie très propre et très confortable. Belle piscine très propre. Bon restaurant dans le resort, bon rapport qualité/prix. Possibilité de louer un scooter disponible immédiatement. Nous devions rejoindre Chau Doc (Vietnam), le manager du resort s’est chargé de nous fournir des tickets de bus aux jour et heure choisis. Nous avons bénéficié d’une navette gratuite de l’hôtel au départ du bus.

Jolie salle pour le petit déjeuner, mais la qualité des produits n’est pas au rendez-vous

I had an amazing stay. The room was beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. From the balcony you have view on the river, it’s very green around and the stuff take care of the garden every day. You can rent a kayak complimentary and enjoy the river. The location for kayaking is perfect. The communication between reception was smooth and easy. They arranged my pick up and drop off from the station for free which was convenient.

One group of guests that were loud, screaming and partying and wasn’t respectful to the other guests

Terrible wifi, don’t come here if you need to work or be in touch with the world Often a very bad smell coming from the gutter or canalisation in different places of the resort & even sometime in the room Some moulded & dirty mattresses at the center pool Some scratches pool towels Very soft mattress The room looks nice but when you look into details you realize that there is a lack of maintenance & everything looks kind of old or used
