I liked the property itself, it was really nice. We stayed in the owner 1 bed suite. The room was pretty roomy, with a kitchenette and jetted tub.It had a great view of the strip as well. I didn't like that the only option for parking was valet and your guests couldn't park at your hotel. They only allowed one car per unit on the property. The valet wait times were very long which was upsetting. The pool hours were also not great, one of the pools didn't open until 10am. Also when I needed more towels, I called the concierge desk and was told since I booked through a third party, they couldn't help me and told me call another number. So I probably woudn't stay here again, there were too many inconvenieces.

Chambre spacieuse. Piscine. Emplacement à deux pas du Strip. La flexibilité de la direction de l’hôtel pour un Check-out tardif.

Suite trop petite pour notre groupe de 6 personnes. Le 3ème lit était un matelas gonflable.

We didn’t receive house keeping throughout our stay. We called for house keeping, personally spoke to cleaning staff but didn’t receive any attention with that matter. I spoke with front desk personnel but said they took no responsibility as it was through a 3rd party which was very disappointed as I have booked stays in Las Vegas with other properties and received that assistance. Also with the valet service for the majority of the time they couldn’t get our car to turn on so we had to walk over to the car garage to retrieve our vehicle from the parking garage

Check-in process could have been a little better. We arrived at 2:30PM, but weren't allowed to actually go in to the room until 3PM. I was told it wasn't under MGM management since I booked through Expedia, so I had to reach out to the owner of this particular suite. I didn't want to go through the hassle since it was only 30 minutes, so I just waited. The room itself was great. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Living room with a sofa bed and full restroom with a shower near the kitchen area for my 2 daughters. My wife and I had a completely separate bedroom and another restroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Perfect for my small family of 4. We had reservations for July 6th - 9th. On the morning of the 8th while we were getting ready to make our way down to the lazy river (around 9AM) our power went out. When my wife called the Front Desk, we were told that the owner probably didn't pay their light bill since they hadn't received any calls on that floor. We were told we had to reach out to the host since the room was not under MGM management. It is almost impossible to find a contact number and navigating through the Expedia contact number is brutal. Long story short, I was on the line for over 90 minutes with Expedia to find me another suite, but unfortunately it was smaller. No separate bedroom. My wife and I spent another 90+minutes packing all our belongings and moving them to our new room, all while we left our daughters at the lazy river. Brutal experience.

As I had experienced hotels around the world, I regret to say that this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was in poor condition: it was not properly cleaned, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and there was a dirty towel left on the floor upon arrival. The lamp in the room was broken, and shockingly, the staff said I couldn’t even receive an extra towel simply because I had booked through a third-party platform. I attempted to contact my host regarding these issues, but received no response. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt outdated, unhygienic, and lacking in any genuine hospitality. Frankly, I believe hotel management and staff here could benefit greatly from proper training in what true hospitality and ethical hotel operations should look like. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders its approach to service and guest care. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.
