Our luggage was removed by cleaner from hotel but without notifying us. Please call urgently to correct mistake We need luggage back in Las Vegas signature tower 3 room ASAP to fly to Texas tomorrow call me urgently please

I’ve always been a fan of this hotel in fact this was the second time I’ve stayed there within the last 30 days. However, This last experience just set me over the edge and I don’t think I’ll go back. Upon checking in the front desk person was like what time is your check in time and to which I say well isn’t it typically 3pm at this hotel? Shouldn’t you tell me what time it is? Then she says well this isn’t managed by us so we don’t know. Which caught me off guard but whatever we got checked in and all was fine until it was bedtime and I found the extra bedding for my kids for the pull out sofa. We found it crinkled up in the closet and on it is a white crust all over it!!! So we call down to the front desk and ask for a fresh blanket to which she rudely said no! It’s not managed by us. Talk to the owner. Well I booked this through Expedia not Airbnb I have no owner contact info! On the Expedia email it says to direct any questions to the signature staff. I had no idea it was not managed by them. All I knew is that I booked the signature. I went down and tried to talk to them in person and the lady was so incredibly rude it was unbelievable. So I had to give my blanket to my kids and I was so uncomfortable all night due to not having a blanket.

This Location in Expedia was not managed by The Signature MGM so I had some communication issues when I had questions. Being a part of the MGM Grand campus is a bonus and the local on premise cafe - Delights - had excellent friendly service.

I’m over all satisfied I’ll stay again but the room I got was privately owned I found hair in the bed and in the shower and tub. I didn’t have bottled water in the room or coffee cups for Togo. But the room was nice view was nice

I had a wonderful stay from The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, The room was clean, The highlight was the balcony with a fantastic view of the Sphere and the Strip. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Vegas and would definitely stay again!
