MGM Vegas Signature Suites Collection

Location.

Staff not very nice, bad smell coming from dishwasher, not so clean cookware, sink in bathroom very slow to drain, toilet in front was working weirdly. Requested clean towels n was ignored the whole time. Parking, they wouldn't let us park there n was made to walk 30-35 min with groceries from MGM parking garage to The Signature. Not cool.

The view and location were excellent. The size of the apartment is suitable.

The bathrooms were not clean. Toothpaste was on the wall, and the floors were not cleaned. The handles on both toilets were very loose, and when you flushed the toilet, the water pressure was low, making it hard to flush the toilet. The refrigerator had a smell to it, and the appliance wasn't cleaned. At the bottom of the front door, the rubber was detached from the floor. The staff did not leave enough towels. when I reached out to the phone number on my confirmation and emailed I did not get a response until the next day. I called the front desk to see if housekeeping could bring towels. I was told that due to booking a third party, they could not assist. I needed to call the third party. I did receive towels the next day. However, I had already gone and bought towels for me and my guest

WILL NOT RETURN HERE. NO SERVICES OF A HOTEL. ROOMS ARE WAY TO FAR FROM THE STRIP AND THE AUTOMATED WALKWAYS DO NOT ALWAYS FUNCTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES AT ALL WALKING YOU WILL ALSO BE UPSET. THESE ROOMS ARE OWNED AND RENTED BY INDIVIDUAL PERSONS THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE MGM HOTEL

Great location. Lots of space for a girls trip.

It was very nice great location pricey for 1 nite also there were couple dead crickets for example under the ice bowl and in the carpet strange for a nice suite

Nice and quiet, friendly staff. Close to the strip without being on it.

This was an outstanding property! It was spacious, comfortable, and homey feeling. We slept so well! The staff were extremely friendly and professional and our room was immaculately clean. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!
