easy check in process, spacious room and clean apartment with tons of nice amenities. i really enjoyed that my boyfriend and i coupd uneind after hiking all day and hang out on our private patio. the unit was clean and we had a great time staying with kasa.

Easy check in process. Loved the layout of the 2 bedroom unit we stayed in. It was perfect for a quick weekend couples trip, Coffee in the unit was a nice touch so we could all wake up slowly. I really enjoyed the pool, gym, and access to all the shopping around the building. The unit was clean and made for a great stay!

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Kasa provided a detailed step-by-step guide via text on how to reach my room, which was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend reading the instructions carefully and following them as outlined. The room and amenities were excellent and very accommodating.

Our stay was great. We saw some reviews that complained about the check in policy being confusing and the maze-like layout of the building, but it really wasn’t too bad. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we wanted. We took advantage of the huge gym, the hot tub and the pool. The best feature is the proximity to great shopping and dining - all within close walking distance. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The building looked impressive from the outside and the location was fantastic. Check-in was smooth, and when we first walked into the apartment, we were thrilled. However, as we settled we noticed a few issues. There were no hangers in any of the closets, and the kitchen was sparsely equipped, with only 3 forks and knives for the four of us. Besides a few pots and drying pans, there were no other kitchen essentials- no bowls for making pancakes, scrambled eggs or for serving snacks. The bathroom amenities were also disappointing; the soaps, shampoo and conditioner were very drying. One bathroom had nothing and only one towel, and one roll of TP per bathroom. We found the carpet and floors were not clean. And washing machine was black when we wiped it down.

The parking was a pain ! The beds were hard as a rock . There was a nasty dirty bath towel hanging in the closet, tow nail trimmings in the shower. There where also Bobby hain pins laying around on the floor. The long walk form the car to the room was not fun . I will stay somewhere else next time !

Run! And, don’t look back. Terrible instructions to get into the property. I was unable to find the lockbox that contained the keyfob. So, I was locked outside the property for over 2 hours. I was jet lagged and dehydrated. No one on site to help you. So, I called the number- on WhatsApp and on regular cellphone, no pick up for over 2 hours. There is a text messaging option- but all it does it keep sending you the code numbers to open the doors. So, I had all the codes but no key fob- so couldn’t enter main building. Other tenants who rent annually even tried to walk around the garage area (where the lockboxes were supposed to be), we couldn’t see anything. They kindly let me inside and I was finally able to get into the building after almost 2.5 hours being locked outside in the Arizona heat. Inside the apartment, the bed linens were not changed. Disgusting to see human hair on the sheets! Thankfully, they had a clean bedsheet and I was able to sleep on it. Also, just 1 half used roll of toilet paper, no extras. Then the next they called me saying there is excess noise from my apartment. They sent texts saying my stay might be canceled if I didn’t answer right away. I wasn’t even in. I was at a conference and had to leave work to call them Later they apologized when they learned there was a fire drill in the building. Nice building, great amenities, good location. But zero customer service. So disappointed! Never again.

Really great location and the apartment itself was very new and clean. The only issues we had were trying to follow the checkin instructions and having to wait until 4pm to check into the room. The pool and outside areas were awesome for spending time outside in the sun. Great stay and would stay again now that we have been through the checkin process before.

Beautiful place. Our only concern is that we were in room below the awesome gym. From 530 in the morning until 10 at night it sounded like the weights and equipment were coming through the ceiling.

Checking in and getting into the condo was very very challenging. Would not book again
