Kasa Scottsdale North Phoenix

Only stay here if you enjoy the DMV experience: 20 minutes of digital paperwork, instructions to the room that could pass as a treasure map (you are unlikely to locate either). It must be easier to break into a bank than to make it to your room. I certainly failed at the quest. After a 45 minute-exercise in frustration I abandoned the mission, and checked into a real hotel with PEOPLE at the front desk (took 90 seconds).

The room was very quiet. Got much needed rest.

Spacious, accommodating, clean, well stocked and ready for our stay. It is in an amazing location!

Unfortunately there are so many things wrong with this company/suite. This was our second time staying with Kasa, last year at the same time we stayed in suite 2025, this year we were put in 2023, Last year when we stayed in 2025 we had issues with the bed, the description clearly stated in multiple areas of the listing that they had memory foam beds, when we arrived it was an awful spring mattress that was super bouncy, Now to some that may not matter but we had specifically chosen to stay at this location because we both have some back issues and sleep on a foam mattress at home. When we brought this up with Kasa at first they insisted that it was a memory foam bed. I proceeded to send over photos and videos of proof that it in fact was not. They had no explanation, said they were sorry and someone would come “fix it” it took them five days for someone to install a memory foam topper, which helped but again still not as advertised. This year in suite 2023 the bed had an awful dip in the middle and my husband and I were forced to sleep squished together because we kept rolling into the center When we messaged about this concern someone after 3 nights came and installed some makeshift solution, again the bed was better but not perfect. Suite 2023 had black bugs in the kitchen area that crawled on the stove and some of the food boxes we had on the counter. The air con leaked water onto my head every morning, and every night there was an awful dripping sound from the sink.

Beautiful property and room in a great location. It is a big building, but the hallways had signs explaining where to go to find our room. The pool and other amenities were awesome as well. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Scottsdale.

Well, the experience at Kasa was far from easy. Getting into the apartment was a total hassle with lockboxes, a dark steep garage, and such. Once inside, I discovered the bed did not look like it did on line. It was very low to the ground with a relatively thin low quality mattress on slats. I called Kasa and told them I could not sleep on that bed. I offered to pay for this first night (of the 4 that I prepaid). The response from the supervisor, Darren F. (he wouldn't give me his last name), was that I was stuck and could not get my money back. I left immediately and received text messages that asked me how I was enjoying my stay and "thank you for staying". I will be pursuing this refund. P.S. I didn't use ANYthing during my 10 minute stay, so no housekeeping necessary and Phoenix had loads of vacationers at this time of Spring training and Spring break. The room could have been rented rather easily.

Room 2002 is a very nice 2 bd/2bth unit located directly over the front entrance. Unfortunately, it is also located directly under the expansive 3rd floor fitness area, specifically under the dumbbell area. So there were a few times the ceiling literally shook as weights were dropped on the floor. Be advised (not the owners fault) that there is a lot of car noise outside from hot rods and idiots on the road. We brought a fan for white noise which helped immensely. The unit was impeccably appointed and spotless. The cleaning group did a great job and the owner undoubtedly spends some good money on keeping the unit in nice shape. Nearly every opportunity for "smart" living has been taken. Except, strangely, there were no TVs (smart or otherwise) in the bedrooms. There were large, empty walls where the TVs should have been. After clearly spending so much on everything else I am at a loss to explain why someone didn't spend $300 for two relatively inexpensive appliances! With all that said, I would definitely consider staying there again. With bedroom TVs, it wouldn't even be a question.

Our room was super clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance! The only drawback was lots of noise and clunking sounds from above, especially in the mornings (I believe it came from the gym). Would definitely stay again but ask for a room in a different location.

Aside from need to be comfortable with technology for log in instructions Kasa makes it a breeze to check in and out. Loved having a full kitchen. Pretty quiet apartment complex. Staying again next month.
