Getting to the room was confusing but over all a great stay

It was a great stay, 24 hr customer service was very nice and helpful. No loud neighbors.

The 2-bedroom apartment is in immaculate condition, well appointed, and close to everything you need in Scottsdale. There are several dining options within a 2 to 5 minute walk, and it's less than a 5 minute drive to the TPC and West World. We were there for the Barrett-Jackson Auction and could not have picked a better place to stay.

What an awesome property, located right across the road from all the best shops and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also located just down the road from awesome golf courses as well as the Waste Management tourney course. Pool, fitness center, golf simulator, pool tables, grill areas, and all that you could ever need on an amenity front. Room was spacious, well appointed, great furniture, nice balcony, and had one of the largest closets I have ever seen. Full kitchen, strong internet, and multiple work locations around the property too.

I have stayed with Kasa in a few locations across the country. I found this location to be everything I wanted on a trip to Phoenix. The unit that I stayed in was extremely clean, well appointed with amenities. I loved having access to the gym, the pool, and the parking garage for my rental car. This had a ton of natural light and it looks like the building is very new. I also enjoyed the location since it was closer to the airport and had easy access to all the main thoroughfares.

The elevator wasn't working so the walk up the flight of stairs from the lower garage level to the 2nd floor was not good. Or parking walking across the parking to take the elevator on the other side to walk back around to get to the apartment. One of the key fobs stopped working on our second day. I kept getting text message from the team at Kasa which didn't help since i was asked to go to the leasing office even though i left the fob in the apt and gave permission to enter to change it. The apartment was cute, but the shower curtain should have been changed due to the smell it had. Only thing that was nice is location and convince to the wedding venue we were in. Wouldn't stay there again.

Checking in was easy. Parking was easy. The location was at also in a good part of the city with access to all the major freeways. Working with the virtual help desk was pleasant and quick as well!

We had an excellent experience with Kasa in Scottsdale. Well appointed apartment with a lovely kitchen and cute decor. Perfect location near the mall. Parking was easy too.

Great location on the north side of Scottsdale. We enjoyed walking over to the shops and restaurants at Scottsdale Quarter. Our apartment was nice and spacious, wifi was fast, and the Kasa team was very responsive over text message. We would stay here again next time we're in town!
