Дуже зручне розташування, доглянути помешкання, є все необхідне для побуту і готування , дуже гарний вигляд з балкону , були з хлопцем з 18 по 31 травня то приємно здивувала пропозиція прибирання в половині нашого проживання, є підземний паркінг що дуже зручно, поруч магазини, кафе. Однозначно рекомендую. Всі фото відповідають дійсності і зручно контактувати в разі запитань , швидко дають відповіді на всі питання

La vue est très agréable. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Funchal . L'appartement est très confortable.

Très peu de verres ! 2 verres à pied dont l'un s'est cassé sans choc juste en l'essuyant ! Un verre à bière ébreché et 2 verres qui devaient être d'ancien verres à Nutella !!! C'est curieux car le reste de la vaisselle est convenable . Et nous avons apprécié le lave vaisselle et le lave linge .

Excellent Location: Situated in a quiet, peaceful residential area, yet still quite close to the city center. It’s very convenient to have shopping options right downstairs and a large supermarket nearby. Stunning Sea View & Sunsets: The sea view from the property is absolutely fantastic, and the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking.

Temperature: There is a portable electric heater, but the room still felt chilly at night. Maintenance Issues: There are two clocks in the living room, both out of battery. It would be more aesthetically pleasing to hang decorative items rather than broken clocks. Also, the hot water supply is inconsistent during bad weather, which seems related to the solar water heating system. Electrical Stability: My laptop wouldn't charge in some of the wall outlets, suggesting the voltage might not be stable throughout the unit. Parking Nightmare: While there is an underground garage, it is an absolute nightmare to navigate. I have been driving for 20 years and have never encountered such a difficult entrance/exit. To enter, you essentially have to drive against the flow of traffic to make the turn; otherwise, it is physically impossible. Even a resident I met in the garage mentioned they struggle with it daily.

Het uitzicht

Douchegordijn was niet schoon, schimmelvorming rond bad, er waren geen extra handdoeken en ook geen extra laken/kussenslopen. Pas na twee weken werd e.e.a. verwisseld (op ons eigen verzoek). In de keuken slechts 1 theedoek, geen afwasborstel of sponsje. Kortom: de uitrusting zou beter kunnen voor een verblijf van 27 nachten.

Well equipped, clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Good to have use of a washing machine.

There was a smell of cooking entering the kitchen from next door. Possibly through the extractor fan unit, which did not work in our apartment. but must be connected to next doors through a shared ducting system.
