Very modern and extremely clean.

The location was wonderful with cafes and a few restaurant close by. A decent walk or a short drive to the marina and shops.

comfy bed spacious kitchen netflix :) underground garage capacious fridge and freezer rainshower separate trash bins for plastic, paper, .. great communication with the management via whatsapp (really outstanding) washing machine + dry hanger rack dishwasher supermarket 5mins driving bakery (-ies) in walking distance)

noisy street (might be to consider investment into sound proofing windows) would be nice to provide dishwasher capsules and detergent for washing machine :( balcony is not really usable (maybe if u smoke it might be nice for a ciggarete) - its hot and noisy but nice a bit used interior but that’s just me being fussy next to a stadium but even tho there was an event one day it was suprisingly silent :)

There is a large living room, very spacious bedrooms and a very nice terrace. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay.

The cleaning was good, but it could get a bit improved, especially in the drawers and corners and kitchen.

The apartment is newish and really spacious with large ocean facing balcony and well equipped kitchen. We benefited from two en-suit bedrooms as stayed there as two couples. Clean and secure underground parking. Comfortable beds. Good location away from busy high street but still within walking distance to the old town and San Martinho if you don't mind walking downhill and returning uphill.

It was easy for us to collect the keys on arrival as we hired a car on arrival to Funchal, so just made that extra stop on our way to the apartment, but I guess it will be much less convenient for somebody without a car. Quite late check-in (at 4pm), considering the check-out is at 11am. Both bedrooms face a busy street with cars driving uphill at full capacity, so this car engine noise may be a bit disturbing at night.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well equiped apartment, 2 bathrooms were a big plus
