Few things like extra cot and hotwater, toileteris would have added great value...may be a trip around the property in 4 wheeler was missing. Loved it otherwise

The property is in this coffee estate that is so rich in its flora and fauna, it’s amazing for nature lovers. The river running through the estate is an icing to the cake. We went during the rains and could not gush enough. The staff is very accommodating and its real value for money. The drive from Bangalore to the estate was very smooth and scenic as well. Highly recommend!

The rooms feel outdated and could use renovation. The full board menu doesn't offer good value for money. The property is quite far from the main city, and the in-house restaurant is not reliable. A premium hospitality feel is missing.

It's a total waste of money ,we had a miserable experience at the property .The rooms are not up to the standard and doesn't live up to the tariff.The Facility is completely outdated and doesn't fulfill the basic facilities that are very much lagging for an accommodation with this high tariff.The breakfast was horrible and overall it was very very disappointing.I would never recommend this property to anyone who is expecting a different experience at a plantation resort.

Good location amidst a plantation with ponds and stream.

Dinner on our second night was a complete disaster. There were just 5 tables in the restaurant, and everyone was waiting for their food, despite all of it being preordered with a set time. What we finally got was tasteless and probably thrown together in a hurry. There was only one staff member managing the entire restaurant, and he’d pop in for a minute and then disappear for 3–4 minutes at a stretch. We waited 15 minutes for our food, and once it came, we had to wait another 10 minutes just to get cutlery. Other guests were visibly frustrated too. Breakfast the next morning was no better. Same issues—understaffed, no manager or captain in sight, restaurant left completely unattended. Guests were left sitting and waiting without any idea when someone would show up. These two meals really ruined the overall experience for us. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay, but this kind of basic service failure makes it hard to recommend the place to anyone.
