the hotel is located in a serene part of Coorg, offering peaceful surroundings and natural beauty, my overall experience fell short of expectations.

I booked a Superior Room, anticipating a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the room did not quite live up to the name. Though reasonably clean, it lacked the freshness and attention to detail one would expect at this price point. The amenities were basic and did not reflect the "superior" category standard.
