Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking.com per la notte fra il26 e il 27/6/26 una camera per 2 persone nell’hotel a 4 stelle al costo di €173, all’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera doppia in una struttura adiacente, un ostello! La camera era tutt’altro che confortevole: bagno ricavato in una cabina, locale arredato in maniera dozzinale e forte odore di umidità! Altre due coppie di nostri amici hanno subito lo stesso trattamento! Esperienza piu’ che negativa! Abbiamo lasciato segnalazione sul libro dei reclami!

Personale inadeguato per presenza e disponibilità e per problemi resolving tra l'altro abbiamo prenotato per tre coppie per due volte in arrivo in Portogallo e dopo 5 giorni in partenza e la seconda volta ci hanno dato una camera in una struttura adiacente, era un ostello pagato per una notte 172 euro
