How spacious it was

The beds we had to cut our holiday a day short due to us all having poorly backs from the beds. Mattresses were far too springy and big for the actual bed frame

Everyone on the park was helpful and polite. It was clean and beautifully kept.

The caravan we booked wasnt what it stipulated when booking . It was Dirty both inside & out . No balcony which we were led to believe it had , just 2 worn out steps with a disabled hand rail , wood work round doors broken and paint chipped off . Dirty bathroom & outside the caravan was filthy with grass & small trees growing out of glittering . I paid £40 for early check in as we had a car full of food , then had to pay an extra £49 to be upgraded to another caravan as we was not going to stay in the filthy hole like that . I didn't get access to the upgrade till 3.50pm we were hung around with all our good for nearly 4 hours . I complained & asked to be refunded for the early check in few plus the £49 for exchanging caravans but was told to take it up with Booking.co.co.uk . I have booked with you for numerous years & never had a problem , this totally ruined our break away & what should have been a £200 weekend has cost me £300 totally disgusted with the service . My daughter that joined me has complained to Booking.com.uk on Saturday & no one from your company has had the decency to reply , I will think twice before booking in the future .
