Location was fine; it was a little distance from the main drag which meant the hotel was quiet, which we appreciated. The room was clean (breakfast not so much - see below)

Breakfast was so-so. The bread and bagels were left in the bags and guests had to stick their arms inside to get a piece. Eww.

The rooms are large and very clean. Daily housekeeping was terrific. Bed was very comfortable. And the room had a small refrigerator and microwave. Jay was super wonderful with the best customer service!! I definitely recommend staying there when in West Yellowstone.

Nice bedroom, clean, bathroom was also clean with plenty beautiful towels.

The breakfast is very limited. If you are gluten intolerant, hardly anything will suit you. Yogurts but not every day, eggs, but again not every day. And no fruit. The breakfast room is very small and crowded when everybody is coming down. The young Philippino man who took care of breakfast was wonderful and very helpful. He should be rewarded.
