"Poor Management"

DON'T STAY HERE. This hotel is quiet and out of the way. No problem there, but the management does not understand basic business practices in the hospitality industry. I booked two nights online and was given an amount and was required to pay up front. NO problem with that. Upon arrival however I was charged again. At no point in the online booking process did it say that I was only paying for 1 night, instead of the 2 nights I booked. When it was finally clarified after disputing the charges with my credit card, they had the audacity to then charge additional fees for the hassle of dealing with them and the dispute. DON'T STAY HERE.
